Rebecca Sitterly.Behka, a New Mexico native, is an attorney and former chief judge of the Civil Division 2nd Judicial District Court in Albuquerque. She is a registered nurse and licensed as an emergency medical technician. She has visited Cuba sev-eral times on her own and with First-Hand Aid, and says, "The great spirit of the Cuban people is inspiring -- every time we help one family, we create countless bonds of friendship."
